Not sure about CrossFit?
Try it before you make your decision. We know you will be hooked after one class. We hold our Free Trial Classes every Saturdays at 9:00am and even may be able to assist you in a regular week day, we only ask that you sign up prior to attending so that we can accommodate you. Please arrive about 15 minutes before the class so that you have the opportunity to sign a waiver. All you need to bring is conventional gym attire (athletic shoes, shorts, and a t-shirt). We have plenty of water, but make sure you properly hydrate before coming to class.

What is CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based on broadly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity that is universally scalable for all levels of fitness.

CrossFit is a community of athletes and friends driven by Results not only in body composition but improving cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Mixed Martial Artist include CrossFit programming to maximize their physical conditioning for competition. The CrossFit approach is consistent with what is practiced in elite training programs associated with major university athletic teams and professional sports. The model we offer allows for wide variance of mode, exercise, metabolic pathway, rest, intensity, sets, reps, etc.The workouts are composed of three distinct moralities: metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting.

ONE-ON-ONES

After completion of the Free Trial Session our 1-on-1s (onramp) are the next step. These are 4 to 8 sessions, each a 1 hour in length with only new sign ups. With each session you learn new movements and you will become better acquainted with what we do and how we teach. You will also complete a workout at the conclusion of each session which focuses on technique. Whether you have no idea what a hang squat snatch, split jerk or a burpee is or have done Olympic lifting in high school or other gyms before, the details of these sessions are necessary and beneficial for all.
